Canon Image Class MF4870DN Driver Download
Printer Reviews– Canon imageCLASS MF4370dn is one of a new generation of inexpensive monochrome laser all-in-one (AIO). Low price, small size, and light weight let it serve as both a personal AIO in any size office. But also includes a network connector as well as the ability to print, scan, and fax over a network so it can function both as a shared printer in a small office. Even better, give a fast speed with high-quality output, particularly for text, which makes it an acceptable option in any context.
For those who do not need to share the printer on the network, MF4370dn is available in a cheaper, non-network version as imageCLASS MF4350D. Although differences in the model number, the Canon printer says it is identical, so most of my comments here should apply to it as well, keep in mind, however, that the printing and scanning via USB connection speed are usually different from the speed through the network connection.
In addition to print, fax, and scan over the network, the MF4370dn works as a standalone copier and fax machine. It does not have the option to scan to e-mail, but it comes with PageManager 7:15 which lets you scan a document and send it to your e-mail program easily by clicking and dragging.
Office-friendly features include a 35-sheet automatic document feeder (ADF) for scanning, copying, and faxing multipage documents easily and scan legal-size pages. ADF scans only one side of the yard, but the printer includes a more duplex for printing on both sides, and copiers include the option to print two-sided copies from one-sided originals that can be activated simply by pressing a button on the front panel.
One of the requirements for personal AIO is that it should be small enough to fit comfortably on the desk without dominating the desktop. The MF4370dn passed that test in the compact 17.9 by 15.4 by 21 inches (HWD). Weighing just £ 27.6, so that one person can easily move into place.
Setting up the network MF4370dn completely standards at least in theory. Find a place for it, load the toner cartridges and paper, attach the cable and power cable, and run the automated installation routine from disc. I ran into a small problem at the printer fails to obtain an IP address automatically, as it should be, from my router is usually used in the testbed network. Canon says do not look at this issue, and indeed, the printer worked on my tests with different router models. At this writing, Canon said it continues to investigate the matter.
